This Ming china ring is adjustable with a decorative band that is broad and beautiful.
This shard of china is genuine Ming china that was found in a shipwreck off the coast of Malaysia near Singapore. Pieces of this Ming china were given to me by a friend who had scuba dived the Portuguese shipwreck. My educated guess based on when the Portuguese were in the spice, tea and silk trading, is that this Ming china is probably at least 350-450 years old. Here's an article on its origins.
This ring has only sterling silver components and there is only one of this style of this ring in my inventory with its specific subtle pattern and artistic setting. I set this riung using a sterling silver bezel strip for the setting around the china and it is on a sterling silver backing. Making this ring involved torch soldering in multiple stages as each joint was soldered.
The setting is 3/4 by 1 inch or 1.9 by 2.5 cm
It is currently sized at a US size 7, but this can be adjusted up or down if you have a different size. Please let me know if you need a different size in your order and I'll happily adjust it.
This ring will be tastefully packaged in a gift box and tied with an organza ribbon.
There are lots of earrings and pendants that will match this ring, just type in "Ming china earrings" or "Ming china pendant" into the search bar to see what's currently available.
