This lovely rare cranberry colored sea glass is set in a sterling silver bezel setting with beaded detailing which is torch soldered in a multi step process with a window sawn out from the back and a fine silver sand dollar has been added to the back. This makes the setting even more unique as well as giving you a reversible pendant.
I'm sure that this pendant will be treasured by the person who eventually gets to own it. This sea glass was found by either me or our eldest daughter on a trip to Barcelona. Its color is quite stunning and in terms of rarity it rates a 10, with 10 being the rarest according to my Carter Sea Glass Color and Rarity Guide. It defintely was art blown glass as the red was a thin layer over a clear which is how it has ended up being more of a cranberry color and therefor very rare.
The setting measures 1 1/4 x 3/4 inches or 3 x 2 cm. The sterling silver box chain measures 18 inches but if you would prefer this to be 16 inches, please add it in the notes in the check out page. There is only one of these pendants available.
This pendant will come tastefully wrapped in a gift box and tied with an organza ribbon.
