Wire wrapped Ming china earrings. The shards of china used in these broken china drop earrings is genuine Ming china that was found in a shipwreck off the coast of Malaysia near Singapore. Pieces of this Ming china were given to me by a friend who had scuba dived the Portuguese shipwreck. My educated guess based on when the Portuguese were in the spice, tea and silk trading, is that this Ming china is probably at least 350-500 years old.

Here's an article on its origins.

This pair of earrings has only sterling silver components and there is only one of these pairs of earrings with their specific pattern on the china and their wire wrapped setting. It has a genuine freshwater pearl and sterling silver spacer bead and a snowflake obsidian bead. Their hanging length is 2 inches or 4.5 cm.

These earrings will be tastefully gift wrapped in a gift box and tied with an organza ribbon.

There are quite a few Ming china pendants to match these earrings. Just type in Ming china pendant in the search bar on my website to see what's currently available.

One of the photos shows other MIng china earrings like these that may still be available.
