Broken china pendant with Gustav Klimt design detail.
 
I love creating things out of items that no one thinks are beautiful anymore, like this broken china pendant. The china from this pendant was given to me after I had created a pendant for her Mom from a broken mug that had been gifted to her after she had gone to an art museum and seen the Gustav Klimt painting. The result is this pendant with its unique abstract ovals and dots and gold detailing. It is perfect for someone who loves both silver and gold as well as being a fine art lover.
 
I have taken this lovely Gustav Klimt design and made it into this handmade sterling silver and broken china pendant on sterling silver box chain necklace. This pendant has only sterling silver components and there is only one of this style pendant with its specific piece of china in my inventory.
 
This pendant is set using a sterling silver bezel setting. Making this pendant involved torch soldering and multiple stages as each joint is soldered. 
 
The actual pendant has a hanging length of 1 1/4 inch or 3 cm. It comes with a sterling silver box chain that is 18 inches long. (If you would prefer a 16 inch chain, please let me know on the check out page.) I think this pendant would look equally incredible on a gold chain if you had one.
 
This pendant will be tastefully gift wrapped in a box with a ribbon.
