I created this silver fern bar horizontal pendant using fine silver precious metal clay and formed it with the impression of a delicate fern  that I bought from one of my fellow Olympia Farmers Market vendors, Coffey's Grounds, whose specialty is ferns that grow in gardens here in the Pacific Northwest. This pendant is perfect for the nature loving person. 
 
After the impression was made, the clay was then fired at a high temperature and is now fine silver. A patina was added to highlight the patterns of the fern leaf's detailing. Each pendant is a one of a kind art creation and is not mass produced in any way and is formed with a real fern leaf.  It is also a perfectly dainty necklace for the person who likes minimalist jewelry and it can also be layered with other necklaces.
 
The actual pendant measures 1/4 inch by 1 inch or 6mm by 28 mm. The chain length is 17 1/2 inches including the horizontal bar fern impression.
