These silver forget-me-not flower stud earrings were created using a combination of my silversmithing and precious metal clay skills. These earrings are perfect for the person who loves flowers of any type.
A mold was created with a tiny forget-me-not flower from our garden and it then was cast in fine silver. I use something called precious metal clay, or PMC, to do this. The clay was allowed to dry and be filed down to get the flower shape. It was then fired, polished and then soldered to the sterling silver stud backing.The stud clasp is also sterling silver.
Each stud is 6/16 of an inch or 9mm in diameter.
This item can be ordered in multiples, and please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your studs to be made and there may be subtle variations between pairs of earrings due to the fact that each one is hand made.
