This fine silver ginkgo leaf pendant was created with a specialized technique using silver precious metal clay (PMC) on a real ginko leaf from a tree in our garden. I can only get the leaves this size in the spring time so this is a limited edition pendant with this technique. I have created a bail for it to hang from by soldering on a silver wire twist which is wrapped with a balled end. The pendant has been oxidized so that the detailing of the leaf veins has been highlighted. The leaf measures 1 inch by 3/4 inch (25 mm by 20 mm). The leaf you receive may be subtly different from the one pictured in this listing due to the fact that it is made on an actual leaf and leaves do vary even though they come from the same tree. This pendant comes with an 18 inch (45cm) sterling silver box link chain, but it can be ordered with a 16 inch (41cm) chain. Just include that information when you place the order and I will happily switch out the chain.
